We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff at reception, especially the lady, were fantastic and made us feel welcome. The hotel offers a great range of facilities including a pool and the room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, lounge, and balcony. We were actually surprised by the affordable price as well. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the Regent Theatre and in the heart of Melbourne's Chinatown, making it easy to explore the city. it was a wonderful experience and we were impressed by the cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff.

The location was fantastic, just a few blocks away from all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to assist with any requests. The room and amenities were fabulous, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary drinks in the bar while waiting for my room to be ready were a nice touch. The surprise bottle of wine and chocolates in the room for my partner's birthday was special. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

With its central location, this venue is convenient and easily accessible by the free tram stop. I enjoyed the excellent customer service and delicious breakfast, making me feel better served than at other five-star hotels I have visited before. The spacious room was equipped with various facilities such as kitchenette, refrigerator, dryer, and other amenities that added comfort to my stay.
I'd recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city. We were able to walk everywhere, including the Princess theatre and the nearest supermarket. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting us with local transport options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom and a pleasant view. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfying. we were impressed with the facilities and the advantages of staying in such a central location.
The traffic, but that's to be expected in a bustling city.
